Before you think of stating that as your preferred amount in your next employment interviews, several factors will determine how much a company will be able to pay:

The size of the company,
your experience,
your skillse and;
location of the company.

Talking business location for example, if you find yourself in states like Benin, Ibadan, Kaduna, Kano and Lagos, you might get a higher pay rate. Mind you, I’m not saying other states in the Federal Republic of Nigeria can’t pay more but based on the data within my reach, those 5 cities I mentioned might do you good.
