Refund Policy

At instinctHub, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy as follows:

Eligibility:

  1. The case must be raised within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
  2. Products must be in new and unused condition, with no more than one completed step or assessment.
  3. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

  2. Our customer service team will assist you with the refund process and provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.
  3. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions:

  1. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  2. Refunds will not be issued for products that are returned without proof of purchase or outside the 30-day return period.
